Day 1,534

Nico’s day started off with quite a bit of excitement. We had an off-leash dog come say hi on our morning walk. We’re still trying to teach Nico how to greet other dogs politely. He has a hard time understanding that most other dogs don’t want to start running, chasing, and wrestling immediately. More importantly, he doesn’t understand that’s not possible when you are on a leash. We’re getting there, though, he didn’t completely scare the other dog away, and we were able to walk away without too much commotion.
