Life can be challenging, stressful, and overwhelming at times. Then you go for a walk in the woods with your dog, and everything seems ok. I envy a dog's excitement, freedom, and joy while bounding through the woods. Jumping from here to there, exploring every olfactory sensation. Not worried about what’s on the other side of the giant log being leaped over or how the landing will go. It’s freedom, maybe someday I’ll have it too.
