Day 1,423
This rock behind the fireplace in our backyard is one of our favorite spots to pose for photographs. After nearly four years of working on this series, it’s cool to see how much Nico has been able to understand what we are doing. He saw me walking over to this spot with my camera and came running across the yard, jumped up on the rock, and struck a pose. The other day, when we were out for a hike, I noticed him following me around because I had my camera in my hand. He knows very well what the camera means.
Many thanks to my Patreon supporters for making this series possible. Support through Patreon allows me to focus on projects like this.

There are a lot of camera-carrying systems on the market. If you want to attach your camera to a backpack, you’ve likely come across the Peak Design Capture Clip. But there is a lesser-known product out there that is way more versatile: the Ulanzi Falcam system.
