Day 1,371

Today was the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival parade. We’ve considered bringing Nico, but it’s too much of an over-stimulating environment. It would be fine if we only wanted to work on his training. But that would mean leaving if he was getting worked up or scared for some reason. But we made up for it by having friends over for a fire in the evening. He enjoyed seeing everyone but was very conflicted as to whether he wanted to be in a warm house or sitting in cold, wet snow.
