The duck Nico got for Christmas still holds the top spot in his toy collection. It won’t last forever, though; eventually, a new toy will come along, and the duck will become just another collection member; it reminds me of Toy Story. Though, at one point, the toys likely would have preferred not to be in the top spot because they would be more likely to be dismembered. Now, they just got nibbled, slobbered on, and cuddled.
