Day 1,309
It was a blah sort of day here in the Adirondacks. I promised Nico we would do something fun, but that didn’t end up happening. I owe him tomorrow. I had a long list of photography-related items I needed to get done today, so we didn’t end up going on an adventure. One of the things I really appreciate about Nico is that he can be perfectly content with snuggling on the couch all day. When I pass through the living room, he lets me bury my face in his side and hug his entire body. Of all the dogs I’ve had over the years, he enjoys physical contact much more than the rest. I dream of having an office big enough to accommodate a couch so Nico can snuggle up next to me as I work.
Many thanks to my Patreon supporters for making this photo series possible. Nico and I spend more than an hour each day working on this project; without Patreon, we wouldn’t be able to keep this going.

There are a lot of camera-carrying systems on the market. If you want to attach your camera to a backpack, you’ve likely come across the Peak Design Capture Clip. But there is a lesser-known product out there that is way more versatile: the Ulanzi Falcam system.
