Day 1,288
When you are a good boy, and you know it, you know you’ll get paid for doing what you are told. I try to practice obedience with Nico as often as possible. When we are hiking, I’ll ask him to place on rocks or downed trees. All of this comes in handy under various circumstances. When photographing Nico, asking him to get in a specific pose is helpful. Of course, he was anticipating getting a reward and eagerly stuck his tongue out in anticipation of the freeze-dried chicken hearts I had in my treat pouch.

There are a lot of camera-carrying systems on the market. If you want to attach your camera to a backpack, you’ve likely come across the Peak Design Capture Clip. But there is a lesser-known product out there that is way more versatile: the Ulanzi Falcam system.
