Day 1,248

I caught Nico this afternoon staring longingly at the female dog next door. They used to occasionally play together, but now a fence is blocking them. I think of it as a Romeo & Juliet type of story. It can be quite fun to imagine the neighborhood dogs as a series of dramas unfolding. They all have their unique personalities and little quarks. They all know each other, even if they haven’t met. Nico certainly knows the barks of every dog on the street.
