I got home early today to run errands before stores close for the evening. Nico, who thinks he’s a guard dog and barks at everything in the neighborhood, was sleeping on the job when I arrived home. I entered the house and was in the kitchen for a few minutes before he came sauntering downstairs. It’s a good thing I wasn’t a thief.
