I’m unsure why, but seeing Nico lying in the yard makes me very happy. I suppose it is because he appears very content. And that’s really all I want for him, is to feel satisfied and content with his life. Without being able to verbally communicate, it's often a guessing game as to how he is feeling or what he needs, but when he plops himself down in a warm sunny spot in the yard, I don’t feel like I’m guessing about how he is feeling.
