Today is Nico’s fourth birthday. It’s been apparent over the last year that Nico has been both maturing and settling into a more relaxed groove in life. I’m sure it will be another few years before his energy level drops below ultra high, but that’s ok. We spent some time walking along Lower Saranac Lake this morning before the rain moved in. I think Nico was doing some bird watching when I snapped this photo of him.
